The Loss Prevention division of Ace Hardware wanted their own website separate from the Ace Hardware network. It contains information on their Loss Prevention Services.
Boobie Noonan's Child Care site uses a horizontal dropdown menu. This allowed us to have less links in the main menu so the navigation was cleaner looking. Each page has different images in the left column to match the content. The contact page makes use of a form allowing Bobbie Noonan's to receive detailed information from anyone requiring about them.
Dave Pate & Sons is a foundation repair company whose site we redesigned to match their brochures. We recently added slide shows on their Project Photos pages to showcase their work.
Home Care Personal Services wanted a complete redesign on their site. The new one has a twitter feed right on the home page, as well as links to other social networks. It also has a text resizer for those who wish to enlarge the text. The redesign was intended to address their changing audience and to incorporate social media links.
The Mokena Chamber of Commerce website supports the Mokena Business community. It is all self maintained by the Chamber staff. It appears to be a multi page site but is actually a single page site dynamically driven off of database content.
The Mokena Fire Protection district's website was designed to look similar to their fire engines by incorporating their black stripe along the top. The area created under the raised portion of the stripe created an ideal place for the navigation. Their site also makes use of a vertical drop down menu and a slide show to showcase their fire trucks.
The Olivieri Brothers website is actually 2 sites in one. The portal page allows you to choose either the architecture or the real estate site. Each one has a link back to the home page allowing the viewer to select the other site if desired. The architecture site showcases the work they have done. It also provides background and history of the company, as well as their newsletter and contact information. The real estate site utilizes a database to manage all available properties. Both sites have a Blog feed on the home page allowing viewers to keep up with current content easily.
Here is the front page of the Real Estate side. As you can see, the blog feed is on the right side and updates when the blog is updated. It also has videos in both the middle and left columns for viewers to watch.
Professional Video Services is a liquid site, meaning it expands to fill the screen if the resolution is greater than 800x600. Just the middle white background area expands so there is no loss of quality with any photos.
The USASI site incorporates a fly-out multi-leveled menu keeping the site from being cluttered with too many navigation links.
Woodsong Music Ministries is a site that makes use of Flash for animation and musical effects. The home page is a splash page that invites the user in with soft music and text that glides in. Once into the main portion of the site, the music for each page changes to reflect the theme of the page. The site also makes use of an online calendar. They also have music for sale on the site. Those sales are done through Paypal as requested by the client.
